Situated at the areal of the historical „Flussbadeanstalt Rummelsbucht“ and overlooking the Spree waterfront
you will face this classical GDR Building („Plattenbau“) transformed into a new contemporary arcitectual centerpiece.
The concrete facade has been sandblasted, a new gable roof has been created and erected.
The interior plays with materials and details corresponding to the incidence of ligh and spacious areas.
